how does the purchase process work?
1. Contact Us
Complete our contact form or send us a direct message on Instagram telling us what you are interested in.
2. Fill Out the Form
We will send you a short form to collect the necessary details for your invitation.
3. Make the First Payment
To confirm the purchase, make a 50% payment via bank transfer or Bizum.
4. Initial Review
We will send you a preliminary version of the invitation for you to review if it meets your expectations. This is the time to let us know if anything is missing!
5. Final Touches
We will send you an updated version based on previous requests. You can still make the final tweaks!
6. FINAL INVITATION
And that's it! You can now pay the remaining amount and share your wedding invitation. We will give you access to a link with the guest list.
how do digital invitations work?
1. Send the Invitations
Send the unique link we provide to your guests via email, WhatsApp, or social media.
2. Guest Confirmation
Wait for your guests to view the invitation and confirm their attendance. We will provide you with a link to view the details they fill out.
3. Organize Your Big Day
Once you have all the guest details, you can begin organizing everything that depends on them, like the menu, seating arrangements, etc.
Is the price shown on the website a one-time payment or the price per invitation?
Although it may seem unbelievable, it is a one-time payment. For only €99, if you choose one of our designs, you can send as many invitations as you want. Unlimited sends!
How long would it take you to deliver my digital invitation?
We will deliver it within a maximum of 7 business days (although we almost always deliver earlier).
If I choose one of the designs from the website, can I customize it?
Absolutely! The price includes the possibility to add, modify, or remove phrases, images, graphic elements or sections, change typography, background music…
You can also make more substantial changes such as, for example, changing the color palette, creating a different cover… although this will incur an additional charge. We will let you know before starting with the design, don’t worry!
What information can I include in the RSVP form?
- RSVP confirmation

You can include other questions to gather more information from your guests, for example:
- Song they would like to hear at the party
- Menu choice
- Message/dedication space
- Interest in shuttle bus
- Interest in hotel
- Shoe size if you offer flat shoes.

How can I see what my guests answer in the RSVP form?
- See all the information being collected in real time as your guests respond.
- Filter by topics to view only the information you are interested in (e.g., allergies, children…).
- Manually add guests, in case someone could not fill it out (for example, elderly people), to maintain the most detailed and realistic record possible.
Can I have my invitation in several languages?
Of course! Although the price includes the invitation in the language of your choice, you can have it in as many languages as you want. Each additional language will have an extra cost of €15.
Some wedding details are not confirmed yet or have changed over time, what should I do?
Don’t worry! Even if months have passed since you created your invitation with us, if any detail was pending or changes, we will update it as soon as possible at no additional cost.
I love digital invitations, but I would like to have some physical ones as a keepsake or for close family, how can I do that?
You can request your invitation in PDF or high-quality image format so you can print it as many times as you want for an additional cost of only €12.
Can I buy only a Save the Date?
Of course! If you don’t want the digital invitation but would like a Save the Date, you can choose one of the designs and we will deliver it in PDF or high-quality image format for just €8.
Once the wedding is over, how long will my invitation remain active?
We will keep your invitation active for 1 month after the wedding date.
