HOW DOES THE PURCHASE PROCESS WORK?
1. Contact Us
Complete our contact form or send us a direct message on Instagram telling us what you are interested in.
2. Fill Out the Form
We will send you a short form to collect the necessary details for your invitation.
3. Make the First Payment
To confirm the purchase, make a 50% payment via bank transfer or Bizum.
4. Initial Review
We will send you a preliminary version of the invitation for you to review if it meets your expectations. This is the time to let us know if anything is missing!
5. Final Touches
We will send you an updated version based on previous requests. You can still make the final tweaks!
6. FINAL INVITATION
And that's it! You can now pay the remaining amount and share your wedding invitation. We will give you access to a link with the guest list.
HOW DO DIGITAL INVITATIONS WORK?
1. Send the Invitations
Send the unique link we provide to your guests via email, WhatsApp, or social media.
2. Guest Confirmation
Wait for your guests to view the invitation and confirm their attendance. We will provide you with a link to view the details they fill out.
3. Organize Your Big Day
Once you have all the guest details, you can begin organizing everything that depends on them, like the menu, seating arrangements, etc.
Is the price shown on the website a one-time payment or the price per invitation?
Although it may seem incredible, it is a one-time payment. For only €99, if you choose the STANDARD design, or starting from €199, if you choose the PREMIUM design, you can send as many invitations as you want. Unlimited shipments!
How long will it take to deliver my digital invitation?
If you choose the STANDARD model, we will deliver it within a maximum of 1 week (although we usually deliver earlier); if you choose the PREMIUM model, we will deliver it within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the design to be created.
If I choose one of the STANDARD designs, can I customize it?
Of course! The price of the STANDARD design includes the possibility to add, modify, or remove phrases, images, graphic elements, or sections, change the font, the background music...
You can also make more substantial changes, such as changing the color palette, although this will incur an additional charge. We will inform you before starting the design, don’t worry!
What information can I include in the RSVP form?
- RSVP confirmation
- Guest names
- Allergies/Intolerances/Preferences
- Number and names of children
You can include other questions to gather more information from your guests, for example:
- Song they would like to hear at the party
- Menu choice
- Space for dedication
- Interest in bus transportation
- Interest in hotel accommodation
- Shoe size if offering flat shoes.

How can I see what my guests are answering on the RSVP form?
- See all the information being collected in real-time as your guests respond.
- Filter by categories to view only the information you are interested in (e.g., allergies, children…).
- Manually add guests who couldn’t fill it out (e.g., elderly people), to keep the most detailed and realistic record possible.
Can I have my invitation in multiple languages?
- STANDARD invitation (Spanish) = €99
- STANDARD invitation (Spanish + English) = 114€ (99+15)
- STANDARD invitation (Spanish + English + German) = 124€ (99+15+10)
Some details of my wedding are still uncertain or have changed over time, what should I do?
Don’t worry! Even if months have passed since you created your invitation with us, if any detail was pending or has changed, we will modify it as soon as possible and at no additional cost.
I love digital invitations, but I want a physical copy for keepsakes or for close friends and family, how can I do that?
You can request your invitation in high-quality image or PDF format so you can print it as many times as you like for an additional cost of only 12€.
Can I only buy a Save the Date?
Of course! If you don’t want a digital invitation, but would like a Save the Date, you can choose one of the STANDARD designs, and we will provide it to you in high-quality image or PDF format for only 10€.
Once the wedding is over, how long will my invitation remain active?
We will keep the invitation active for 2 months after the wedding date.
