how does the purchase process work?

1. REQUEST THE FORM
Request the order form and take a few minutes to fill it out at your own pace. Here you can provide us with all the information needed to create your invitation.

2. MAKE THE FIRST PAYMENT
Once we review the form, we’ll let you know so you can confirm your purchase by paying 50% of the total amount via bank transfer, Bizum, or PayPal.

3. REVIEW IT CAREFULLY
Within 7 business days, we’ll send you the invitation ready for a detailed review. You can let us know if anything needs adjusting. You’ll have 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

4. MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT
Once everything is perfect, we’ll give you access to the guest management tool and you’ll be able to pay the remaining 50%.

5. SEND THE INVITATION
All set! You’ll be able to send the invitation simply by copying and pasting the link.

Send the invitation to your guests simply by copying and pasting the provided link, whether by email, WhatsApp or social media.

2. Guest confirmation
Wait for your guests to view the invitation and confirm their attendance. Then, check the guest management tool to see their responses.

3. Organize your big day
Once you have all the attendee information, you can start organizing everything that depends on them: menu, transport, table seating…
Is the price shown on the website a one-time payment or the price per invitation?
As unbelievable as it may sound, it’s a one-time payment. For just €109 €99, if you choose one of our designs, you can send as many invitations as you want. Unlimited sends!
In other words, the price you see on the website is the total price for the digital invitation, not per guest.
What is the delivery timeframe?
The standard delivery time, after receiving your details through the order form and the payment of 50% of the total amount, is 7 business days.
If you need it sooner, we also offer an express delivery in 48–72 business hours for a small additional fee.
After delivery, you’ll be able to review everything carefully and let us know if anything needs adjusting. You’ll have up to 2 rounds of revisions included in the price.
What can I customize in the designs on the website?
You can customize almost all the information! Background music, wording, images, RSVP form questions…
You can also remove sections or information you don’t need, so the invitation fully adapts to your event.
If you’d like to make more substantial changes or design-related modifications, these may involve an additional cost. We’ll let you know before starting the invitation, so no worries!
How many revisions does the digital invitation include?
The digital invitation includes 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
You’ll be able to review it calmly and request any necessary adjustments so it turns out just the way you imagined.
Once the wedding is over, how long will my digital invitation remain active?
We’ll keep the invitation active until 1 month after the wedding.
As it is a website, maintenance involves hosting and storage costs, so we’re unable to keep it active indefinitely.
When is it recommended to send the digital invitation?
Ideally, you should send it between 4 and 6 months before the wedding, or between 9 and 12 months if it’s a destination wedding (that is, if the wedding takes place outside the city or country where most guests live).
If by then you don’t yet have all the information needed to design the digital invitation, you can send a save the date to notify your guests well in advance.
What if I need to make changes after sending the invitation?
No problem! If you need to update details such as schedules or locations, we can do so without any issue even if the invitation has already been sent.
If the changes are aesthetic, structural, or informational and were not originally planned, they may involve a small additional cost, which we will inform you about in advance. For example: changing an icon, adding information to the Dress Code section, etc.
How do I receive RSVP confirmations?
Once the design of your invitation is complete, we’ll give you access to the guest management tool. With it, you’ll be able to:
- View all collected information in real time as your guests respond to the RSVP form.
- Filter by categories to see only the information you’re interested in (for example, allergies, children, etc.).
- Manually add guests who weren’t able to fill out the form (for example, elderly guests), so you can keep the most accurate and realistic record possible.
- Create personalized links for each guest.
- Organize confirmed guests at tables using the seating plan.
You’ll also be able to download all the information in an Excel file or even in PDF format in the case of the seating plan, making it easy to manage everything.
Can my guests change their response after submitting it?
Yes. Guests can access the invitation again using the same link and update their response whenever they need to.
In this case, ask them to let you know so you can remove their previous entry from the guest management tool.
Can I have my invitation in multiple languages?
Absolutely! The price includes the invitation in the language of your choice.
If you also need additional languages to reach all your guests, you can have it in as many as you like. Each additional version has a cost of €20.
Can I fully customize the link to my digital invitation?
You can customize the final part of the link after the domain, for example:
specially.love/maria-and-guillermo (where “maria-and-guillermo” would be the customizable part).
However, it’s not possible to change the entire domain, as the digital invitations and the guest management tool are hosted on our platform.
What is the difference between printable invitations and physical invitations?
Printable invitations are delivered in high-quality PDF format, so you can print them yourself or take them to your trusted print shop.
Physical invitations are the same design, but already printed. We send them to your home, ready to hand out to your guests, without you having to worry about anything else.
Can I modify anything in the printable or physical invitations?
Of course! We can adjust small details to make everything fit perfectly, such as RSVP phone numbers, bank account details, or a QR code linking to the digital invitation.
If the changes are more substantial, they may involve a small additional cost—but don’t worry! We’ll let you know before applying it.
