1. Legal Notice
In accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE), it is informed that María García Gavira, operating under the commercial name Specially Love, is the owner of this website and the service offered. For any query or complaint, you can contact us via the email address indicated above.
2. Service
The Provider agrees to provide personalized digital invitation design and creation services for the Client's event, in accordance with the specifications agreed upon previously. The invitation is presented as a URL hosted on the Specially Love website domain, and its subsequent use, management, and dissemination will be the Client's responsibility.
2.1. Service Availability
As this is a digital service hosted on servers of an external provider (Netlify), the availability of the website and of published invitations depends on that provider's infrastructure, which publishes an availability history of approximately 99.99%. The Client may check the real-time service status, uptime history, and incidents at https://www.netlifystatus.com/. Interruptions or degradations attributable to that provider, to maintenance, or to infrastructure incidents are outside Specially Love's direct control; the link above allows the Client to verify the service status in the event of unavailability.
3. Payment
Specially Love offers two contracting modalities with different payment conditions: DIY invitations (editor) and designs managed by Specially Love.
3.1. Invitations made in the online editor (Created by the client)
The Client may create and customize the invitation free of charge in the website editor. Payment is only due when the Client decides to activate or publish the invitation to share it with guests. This is a one-time payment at the price in force on the website at the time of contracting. Once payment is confirmed, access to the published invitation is immediate. The 50% reservation scheme does not apply to this modality.
3.2. Designs managed by Specially Love
When the Client contracts a design managed by Specially Love, payment is made in two parts:
3.2.1. Reservation
The Client agrees to pay 50% of the total cost of the selected package as a reservation for the provision of services.
In a period of 7 business days from the date of payment, the Client will receive a message through the contact medium provided with the invitation link. You can consult our Shipping Policy for more information.
3.2.2. Final Payment
The remaining 50% of the total cost will be paid upon completion of the design and once the page is ready for deployment.
4. Content Responsibility
4.1. Content Provision
The Client is responsible for providing the images, texts, and any additional information they wish to include in the invitation.
4.2. Specific Content
If the Client wishes to use specific content outside the usual options, they must provide it themselves or request an additional quote.
4.3. Use of Multimedia Content
The Client agrees that multimedia content, including music (e.g., songs embedded in the invitation), is shared privately and personally, without commercial or public communication purposes. The Client declares to have the necessary rights for the use of the provided content.
4.4. Promotional Use
The images provided by the Client may be used by the Provider for promotional purposes (such as portfolios or social media). Otherwise, the Client must expressly notify this in writing before the final delivery.
5. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

5.1. Use of Personal Data
The personal data provided through the contact form or during the design process (names, dates, emails, images) will be used exclusively for the provision of the contracted service.
5.2. Third-Party Access
Access to the invitation by third parties is done through a URL shared by the Client themselves, who is responsible for its dissemination.
5.3. Data Deletion
The data will be securely deleted 30 days after the event date, unless the Client requests its conservation for specific reasons.

5.5. Data Transfer and Client Rights
Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations. The Client can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and others by writing to: contacto@specially.love
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Deadline
The Client may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days following the first payment, provided that the personalized design has not yet begun.
6.2. Exercising the Right
To exercise this right, you must send an email to contacto@specially.love.
6.3. Exceptions
If the work has already begun, no refund of the amount paid will be made.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Provider's Design
All design, structure, and content developed by the Provider is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced, or modified without express authorization.
7.2. Client's Content
The content provided by the Client (such as photos, songs, texts) is their sole responsibility and will not be used by the Provider for other purposes without consent.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. Applicable Law
This contract is governed by Spanish law.
8.2. Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be resolved before the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
